Chapter 1: The Babies Go to Sleep

Date: 13 August 2023.
Ginger is not planted from seeds. We need rhizome from fresh ginger that have buds or eyes. So let's call it: baby ginger. We put the baby gingers on bed of organic fertilizer made of goat manure, cover it with thin layer of soil and finally close the land with transparent plastic to keep the baby gingers cozy and warm.
