About Desiccated Coconut
Desiccated Coconut is made of mature coconut meat by drying and milling processes. There are two types of desiccated coconut available in the market: high fat and low fat.
High Fat Desiccated Coconut (HFDC):
- Made of mature coconut meat, shredded and dried under low temperature.
- Coconut oil content: more than 61%.
- High fiber and high fat.
- Can be used to make fresh liquid coconut milk.
- Can be cold-pressed to extract virgin coconut oil.
- Pleasant coconut aroma and taste.
Low Fat Desiccated Coconut (LFDC):
- Made of residual coconut meat after coconut milk or oil extraction and dried
- Coconut oil content: less than 30%.
- High fiber and low fat.
- Cannot be used to make fresh liquid coconut milk.
- Cannot be cold-pressed to extract coconut oil.
- Only a hint of coconut aroma and taste.
High Fat Desiccated Coconut Standard Quality
Our High Fat Desiccated Coconut product is carefully processed in accordance to Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). So that we are very confident to deliver high quality product and completely safe for human consumption.
Each and every production batch is analyzed and tested by independent accredited laboratory prior to shipment. All test result must be fully compliance with the Indonesian Standard Quality SNI 01-3715-2000:

General Terms and Conditions
Please read the following general terms and conditions. Some special requirements can be discussed upon mutual agreement.
- Regulations: HS Code for Desiccated coconut is 0801.11.00. Before starting to import and export process, please learn the regulation in your country about importing this commodity. Find out if there is any restriction, import duty, tax, and special requirement you have to comply before importing desiccated coconut.
- Delivery time: In general, we deliver 4 weeks after order confirmation
- Order quantity: There's no minimum order quantity, but to make shipping cost more efficient, we suggest to order at least one full container load (FCL) in 40ft High Cube container, which we can load up to 24 MT
- Packaging: We pack desiccated coconut in 3-ply kraft paper bags with inner plastic bag that is 25 kg per bag. Other packaging requirement can be discussed upon mutual agreement. Please note that some additional charges could be applied for different packaging. Packaging with private brand and label is available.
- Pre-shipment treatment: Each container will be covered inside by corrugated paper to avoid the heat transfer from container wall. Fumigation will be done for 24 hours to kill all pests and microbes. To keep moisture content at low level, substantial amount of desiccant (silica gel) would be placed inside the container.
- Payment method: We prefer payment with irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight. For those who are not familiar with L/C process shall be paying by Bank Wire Transfer payment with 40% paid in advanced and 60% balance shall be paid against scanned copy of Bill of Lading (B/L). Original B/L will be sent once balance payment is cleared.
